In Honor of Billy E. Voyles, City Hall will be closing at noon on Thursday, December 28, 2023.
There will be a family visitation from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Family Services Funeral Chapel in Kermit, TX. A celebration service honoring Bill will be held at Grace Temple Baptist Church on Thursday, December 28, 2023, in Kermit, TX at 2:00 pm.
